Description
Step 1: Drape width: Select from 2 different widths measured edge to edge.
Note: The 22” width panel has 5 pleats,
42” width panel has 9 pleats-
Tip: On wider windows where you want more coverage select the wider width of 42”.
On narrower openings select the narrower 22” width.
Step 2: Drape Panel Lengths or Height: There are 6 popular lengths to select from. This is measured from top of drape to the bottom.
84”, 90”, 96”, 105”, 108”, 120” high
Típ: Measure your window and see from where you would like your drape to start. Select the height offered that is closest to your desired height. Designer idea: when in doubt go taller to make your window look elegant and visually appealing. Keep in mind your rod is going above that drape so deduct a space for your rod when deciding your drape length.
Lining: Each panel is lined with a white sateen crease resistant and water repellant lining. Lining helps the fabric hang better and also offers protection from UV rays. The fabric color also shows up better on a lined drape than on an unlined drape.
Panels: All panels are sold individually so you order as many as you need. Pin: each drapery panel comes pre-pinned with the silver drapery hooks. This makes your hanging the panels easy. Just slip the hook into the eye of your ring. At the back of each pleated drape panel there is a hook on the back of each pleat. This hook then slips into your drapery ring on the rod.
How many rings do I need?
You always need 2 more rings than the number of pleats. For the narrower 22” width panel with 5 pleats you need 7 drapery rings For the wider 42” width panel with 9 pleats you need 11 drapery rings.
